JOB DESCRIPTION:
Senior Site Manager required for a large nationwide construction company that specialises in commercial and residential projects. Our client is looking for experienced and hardworking Site Manager to join a project based in Birmingham City Centre. The site can be accessed by public transport so own transport is not essential.
This contract will be ongoing, with hours being 07.30-4.30, Monday-Friday and the option to work overtime at the weekends.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Managing and supervising trades on site
- Managing subcontractors on site
- Managing health and safety
- Delivering toolbox talks
- Ensuring site schedules are kept to
Requirements for the role
- A valid CSCS and SMSTS card
- Strong commercial background
- The ability to perform physical manual labour
- Own PPE - High vis vest, safety glasses, gloves, dust mask and hard hat can be provided by Daniel Owen
- Own tools NOT required
