We are currently seeking an experienced Stonemason to join our team, focusing on various housing developments in the Stroud area. If you have a passion for stonemasonry and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Work on various housing development projects in the Stroud area, ensuring high-quality stonework.
- Cut, shape, and polish stones according to project specifications.
- Install and repair stone structures, including walls, pathways, and architectural features.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to achieve project goals.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations on-site.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Stonemason, with a portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficient in cutting, shaping, and installing various types of stone.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately from architectural plans.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Health and safety awareness, with a commitment to maintaining safe working practices on-site.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
