Building Surveyor job opportunity with a multi-disciplinary Construction and Property Consultancy in the Leicester area. This opportunity offers great career progression and a well rounded role.
We're looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to join this highly successful firm. They have nearly 100 years industry track record behind them and work with a diverse range of clients. Within the building Consultancy team they offer a full range of Building Surveying services with the balance of work being more focused on project work / contract administration. Projects are very varied indeed crossing both healthcare and education as well as commercial and industrial sectors.
We're looking for an ambitious, experienced Building Surveyor looking for an opportunity to progress and looking for good variety in workload. The successful candidate will ideally have a background in private practice or consultancy and with experience in project management / contract administration. The role would include delivering a variety of surveys, some drawing work, writing specification and preparing scopes of work as well as project management of the job to completion.
