Location: Rayleigh, Essex (SS6)
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Repairs Coordinator to join their growing team in Rayleigh. No previous experience is required - full training will be provided. What you'll be doing:

Scheduling repairs and maintenance appointments.

Liaising with tenants, contractors and engineers by phone and email.

Updating internal systems with accurate job information.

Monitoring the progress of repair works and ensuring jobs are completed on time.

Providing excellent customer service and keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.

Supporting the wider team with general administration.

What we're looking for:

Strong communication skills.

Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Confidence using computers and Microsoft Office.

A team player with a proactive approach.

No previous experience required - just the right attitude and eagerness to build a career.
