Sales/ Senior Negotiator

Job Description

Dove & Hawk are working with an Established and respected local estate agent looking for a sales negotiator/ senior sales based in North London.

• Arranging, attending and conducting property viewings.
• Generating valuation opportunities within the patch.
• Conducting valuations
• Providing detailed viewing feedback to vendors.
• Presenting and negotiating qualified offers to ensure the best outcome for all parties involved.
• Produce the relevant paperwork required for the sales progression process.

Requirements of the role:

• A full UK Driving Licence
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Immaculate presentation.
• Strong IT Skills
• Minimum 1 year experience (more experience preferred)

Salary Budgets: £20-£28K Basic, £40-£60K OTE (Pool Car)
Required Working hours: Monday to Friday 9-6, Saturday 10-3pm with half day off in the week if Saturday worked.
