We're looking for a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor for an Associate Director position with a successful Construction Consultancy based in the West Midlands. With over 20 years successful service delivery under their belt, they can boast of a great client base, many of whom they have a long term association with. They offer a full Quantity Surveying service to clients alongside Employer's Agent and Project Management services. Clients are primarily in the Industrial and Logistics sectors, working on projects across the UK for some of the best developers in this sector.

For this new opportunity we're looking for a Cost Consultant with significant experience in this sector. Some of their larger projects are considerable in terms of size and scope, often over several phases. The successful candidate for this role will bring experience of taking a client leading role on similar schemes and will have a strong track record of project delivery. You will be joining a great team of experienced Quantity Surveyors working with a firm that has an outstanding reputation.
