CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS MANAGER
CHESTERFIELD / WORKSOP / SHEFFIELD
IMMEDIATE START
c. £55,000 - £65,000 + car + package
A highly experienced construction Contracts Manager is needed for a successful developer to oversee the management of both commercial & residential sites around North Derbyshire & South Yorkshire.
As the successful candidate you will be working for a construction company with an order book filled to capacity, which explains why this is a new position in the company.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be a skilled construction professional who will take responsibility of the day to day operations of this ever growing business.
You will have the knowledge and resilience to resolve complex issues ensuring projects are completed on time and to budget.
You must also be adept at managing and developing staff by offering guidance & advice gained from your vast experience.
In order to be considered for this role you will be:
* A highly skilled Contracts Manager with a proven track record of working at this level.
* A natural problem solver and team manager
* A background as a highly skilled trades person
* Able to manage the full life cycle of a project, from enabling works to final handover
* A natural leader able to manage the day to day operations of a busy construction business
