Are you confident, outgoing and motivated by money? Whether you're naturally bubbly and energetic or a confident "geezer" who enjoys speaking to people, we're looking for someone with personality, resilience and the drive to build a successful career in recruitment.

Join a growing recruitment team specialising in the construction market. You'll focus on finding and speaking with candidates working on major construction projects across the UK and Europe. No previous recruitment experience is required, you'll receive full training and ongoing support to help you develop your skills, increase your earnings and progress within the business.

This is a phone-based role suited to someone who is comfortable making calls, building relationships and working hard to achieve results. If you're competitive, financially motivated and prepared to put the effort in, you'll have the opportunity to earn significantly more than your basic salary.

Your Role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant Will Include:

• Making outbound calls to construction and engineering professionals.
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and the company database.
• Building strong relationships with candidates across the UK and Europe.
• Understanding candidates' experience, motivations and career goals.
• Matching suitable candidates with live vacancies.
• Writing job adverts and managing applications.
• Developing your own specialist market and candidate network.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, You Will Need:

• A confident, outgoing and engaging personality.
• A strong work ethic and genuine desire to increase your earnings.
• Resilience and the ability to remain positive when faced with setbacks.
• Good communication skills and the confidence to speak with people at all levels.
• A competitive attitude and motivation to achieve targets.
• The ability to work from our London office.
• Previous sales, hospitality, customer service or phone-based experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
