Call Handler to join their team.
Purpose of the Job - Call Handler
Answer incoming calls and handle customer enquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
Log calls accurately on internal systems, ensuring all customer details and requests are recorded correctly.
Assess customer needs and direct enquiries to the appropriate team or service where required.
Update systems with call outcomes, actions taken and any follow-up requirements.
Provide excellent customer service by maintaining clear communication and resolving enquiries at the first point of contact wherever possible.
Monitor and manage call volumes to ensure service levels and response targets are met.
