Job Description
Our client are looking for multiple grounds maintenance workers
Mow, edge, and trim lawns and grass areas.
* Plant, water, prune, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees.
* Weed, mulch, and fertilize garden beds and landscaped areas.
* Remove litter, debris, and leaves from grounds and walkways.
* Maintain pathways, driveways, and other hardscape areas.
* Ensure all grounds are safe and free of hazards.
* Operate and maintain a variety of ground maintenance equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other tools.
* Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
* Report any equipment issues or necessary repairs to the supervisor.
* Perform snow removal, including shovelling, salting, and operating snow blowers during winter months.
* Prepare and protect plants and landscaping for seasonal changes.
* Assist with seasonal planting and removal of annuals.
* Assist with landscape design and installation projects.
* Implement landscape enhancements and improvements as directed.
* Collaborate with team members on special grounds maintenance projects.
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing tasks.
* Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
* Report any hazards or potential safety issues to the supervisor immediately.
