Ganger / Foreman - Commercial Construction Site, Central Oxford

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Ganger / Foreman to oversee operations on a busy commercial construction site in the heart of Oxford.

Role Overview:

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone confident in managing external trades and ensuring smooth day-to-day site coordination. The successful candidate will play a key part in maintaining productivity, safety, and quality standards across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate external subcontractors and trades

• Ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to specification

• Maintain clear communication between site teams and management

• Monitor progress and report any issues or delays

• Support site logistics and assist with planning daily activities

• Work occasional Saturdays as required by the project schedule

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within commercial construction

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple trades and resolve site issues proactively

• Availability for a pre-start interview
