Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Environment

We have built our reputation by delivering the highest levels of service and due to continued success, we are looking to appoint two new trainee recruitment consultants to join our collaborative London team.

Training and support

We offer a comprehensive 13 week induction and training programme as well as external training and development courses. Initially you will provide research assistance to the team of consultants where you will get exposure to each of the sectors we service, familiarizing yourself with our industry, identifying prospective candidates and assisting with the recruitment process. On completion of your training you will be rewarded with the opportunity to manage your own desk and develop your own portfolio of clients.

About you:

We expect high standards and offer the opportunity for our consultants to be autonomous in the development of their role; being motivated, ambitious with strong communication skills are key elements to being successful in this role.

We are particularly interested in applicants who have either; a related degree or previous sales experience. But, if you have a confident phone manner and a desire to succeed, then we are keen to hear from you.
