The Role:

As a Maintenance Operative, you'll carry out reactive repairs, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and general building upkeep across modern residential properties. Working alongside the wider site team, you'll ensure buildings remain safe, compliant and well-presented.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Reactive and planned maintenance (PPM)
  • Basic plumbing, painting, decorating and general handyman repairs
  • Daily building inspections using a CAFM system/iPad
  • Supporting contractors and maintaining maintenance records
  • Ensuring Health & Safety and compliance standards are met
  • Delivering excellent customer service to residents
  • About You:

  • Multi-skilled maintenance or handyperson background
  • Experience in painting, decorating and general building repairs
  • Customer-focused with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Strong problem-solving skills and able to work independently
  • Happy working shifts, weekends and bank holidays
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
