Job Description
Our client is an International Project Management and Cost Consultancy that provides first class services to Public, Private and Utilities clients across the UK and Internationally. Due to recent expansion of their Infrastructure / Utilities team, they are currently recruiting for a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to join them based in Cardiff.
The successful candidate must be degree qualified and ideally chartered or looking to attain chartered status in the near future. Experience of fulfilling an Employers Agent role with JCT contracts and/or the Project Managers role using NEC3 contracts is essential, along with strong communication skills in a multitude of Client facing environments.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership qualities and be able to work as part of an integrated team on a range of Infrastructure and Utilities projects. They will be confident working under pressure and to strict deadlines with minimal supervision. Candidates must demonstrate a track record of personally managing projects ideally up to £20m and working as part of a team on projects in the range £5m to £40m.
Remuneration:
- £40,000 to £45,000 per annum
