Job Description

COSS (Controller of Site Safety) - Wessex Area

We are looking for reliable and competent COSS professionals to ensure the safety of rail workers on-site in the Wessex region.
Key Responsibilities:

• Safely manage site operations within designated work zones
• Deliver effective briefings and ensure safety compliance
• Maintain accurate records of site access and activities
  Requirements:
• Valid COSS certification
• PTS and full understanding of railway safety protocols
• Strong communication and leadership skills
