I'm working with a London-based construction consultancy looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its growing team.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, wants to be involved in interesting projects and is confident managing client relationships, taking commercial responsibility and delivering projects from inception through to completion.

What makes this opportunity interesting?

You'll be working across a diverse range of property and building projects, rather than being restricted to one sector or type of development.

Projects could include:

• Commercial offices and workplace developments
• Residential and prime residential
• Education and healthcare
• Hospitality and leisure
• Retail and mixed-use developments
• Refurbishment, fit-out and new-build projects

You'll have the opportunity to work closely with clients, lead on cost management and provide commercially sound advice throughout the project lifecycle.

What I'm looking for

• An experienced Quantity Surveyor operating at Senior level, ideally within a construction consultancy.
• MRICS qualified or actively working towards chartership.
• A good breadth of experience across property and building-related projects.
• Strong pre- and post-contract cost management experience.
• Confident managing client relationships and working with wider project teams.
• Someone commercially astute, proactive and keen to make a positive contribution.
