Groundworker Required - Alnwick
Experienced Groundworker required for ongoing work in Alnwick, starting Monday 09/11/2026.
Type of Work:
General groundworks
Plot works on a residential construction site
Drainage and associated groundworks
Kerbing and external works
Other groundworking duties as required
Rate & Working Hours:
Rate negotiable per hour
CIS, Umbrella and PAYE payment options available
Hours and working days to be confirmed
Ongoing work available
Requirements:
Previous groundworking experience essential
Experience carrying out residential plot works
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid CPCS card or NPORS card with CSCS logo
Documents Required Upon Application:
Candidates must be prepared to provide:
Proof of CPCS or NPORS qualification with CSCS logo
Photo of passport or birth certificate
National Insurance number
Two working references
