The role Multi Skilled Operative

We are looking for candidates to join us in the role of a Multi-Trade Operative to conduct a wide range of maintenance repairs and projects.

You’ll carry out a mix of:

General maintenance and repairs
Planned works and small projects

What you’ll be doing Multi Skilled Operative

Completing repairs to a high standard
Working safely and following H&S procedures
Recording work and materials used
Working independently or as part of a team

What you’ll need Multi Skilled Operative

Experience in at least 1–2 trades (any trade background is considered)
Full UK driving licence
Good communication skills
Reliable and self-motivated
