We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trade Plumber to join a respected property maintenance contractor on a temporary basis, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance works to social housing properties in and around Ealing. This is a great opportunity for a skilled tradesperson with a strong Plumbing background who can also turn their hand to other basic trade tasks.

Responsibilities:

Carried out a range of plumbing repairs and installations including pipework, tap replacements, WC repairs, and resolving leaks and blockages.

Installed and maintained kitchen and bathroom plumbing fixtures including sinks, basins, toilets, and associated pipework.

Diagnosed plumbing faults and completed effective repairs to ensure systems were safe and fully operational.

Undertook associated multi-trade duties including basic carpentry, patch plastering, tiling, and painting to complete repairs.

Ensured all work was completed to a high standard and in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Used PDA or mobile devices to receive work orders, update job progress, and maintain accurate job records.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• Ability to pass a Basic DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent trade experience)
• Competent across additional trades such as carpentry, tiling, and decorating
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
