Belfast Harbour Commissioners are looking for a contractor to build 480m of a new quay structure and deep water berth.
Work includes dredging an estimated 450,000 m3 of berth and approaches, as well as construction of 50 acres of a heavy duty unbound pavement with associated services capable of supporting large crawler cranes.
As part of the PQQ process, bidders must show that their proposed dredging subcontractor has relevant experience and expertise on this scale as well as the equipment to do the job.
Bids must be in by 9am on 11 March.
The project is scheduled to start on 27 June and complete by the end of September next year.
