Apollo, Connaught, Mitie, and Keepmoat have secured places on a £75m social housing framework deal in Plymouth.
The five year framework agreement will deliver about 14,000 kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, as part of Plymouth Community Homes’ five year £168m investment programme.
All four contractors will use a single local supply chain and local labour, meaning up to 120 jobs will be created in the city.
Clive Turner, Chief Executive of Plymouth Community Homes, said: "The successful contractors demonstrated excellent value for money together with a commitment to boost job numbers and apprenticeships in the city, which can only be welcomed in the current economic climate."
