BAM Properties, the development arm of the BAM construction group, is to start work on a new speculative office scheme at Chiswick Green, west London.
The 81,000 sq ft development will be built to BREEAM ‘Excellent’ standards, and the construction cost is expected to be £45m.
Bam bought the site in 2007 for £16m from Miller Developments before the property crash.
Planning consent was secured in 2008, and a completion date has been scheduled for February 2012.
