Hull City Council is to hold a bidders open day for a proposed privately-financed regeneration of the Orchard Park Estate.
The PFI contract will include the designing, building and financing of approximately 500 housing units on two sites in the Orchard Park Estate.
A repairs and maintenance service for the new build properties will also be packaged into the deal, running for a period of 25 years.
Hull City Council has been given approval from the Homes and Communities Agency to proceed to the next stage of the procurement process and develop an outline business case.
The council is now inviting interested parties to participate in a market testing exercise. The deadline for receiving expressions of interest is 3 September.
Hull's Orchard Park PFI team will also be holding a bidders open day on the 10 September, where further information and a tour of the estate will be on offer.
