Miller has been given planning permission for a 105,000 sq ft eco development in Nottingham, which it describes as the city's “greenest ever office building”.

The nine-storey building, located at the junction of Burton Street and North Church Street, has been designed by Nottingham based architect Maber.

The offices will have a BREAAM 'excellent' rating and EPC ‘A’ certificate.

Construction work is scheduled to start on site and is due for completion in 2012.

Energy giant E.ON will occupy the office, which is being developed by Miller Birch, a joint venture between Miller Developments and Peter Gadsby.
