Acquisition for quarry blaster

The acquisition will see EPC-UK acquire certain assets and contracts from Gillrange, mainly in mid and south Wales.

EPC-UK was already supplying many of Gillrange’s quarries with explosives and now takes on the full management of the contracts.

“It will definitely help both our customers and ourselves from an operational viewpoint, because by having a clearer overall picture of their requirements means we can be more efficient in anticipating and reacting to their requirements,” said EPC-UK head of blasting & explosive services Ian Knott.
