The new arrivals range from the micro Kubota K008 excavator up to the 8-tonne KX080-4 model.  The order also includes Kubota’s new U27-4 zero tail swing mini-excavator, launch a few months ago in the two to three tonne weight category.

MT Kaill director Steve Thomas said: “Our latest order of Kubota machines is in direct response to increasing market demand from the construction sector in our region.

“We supply plant hire equipment to all the major contractors, utilities, civil engineers and small to medium sized housebuilders in the northwest and the last two quarters of 2014 in particular, have been the busiest we have seen for years.  This is great news for everyone involved in our industry, from the contracts being secured by our end user customers, right through to hirers, dealers and the manufacturers themselves.”
