The contract has a value of AED158m (£28.5m).

St Regis Residences Amman comprises two towers connected through an external façade and wiill have 79 residential units in addition to facilities including a swimming pool, fitness centre and meeting rooms. The St Regis Hotel Amman includes a 17-storey tower with 260 units and associated leisure, business and dining factilites.
