DSI will mobilise on site immediately and is scheduled to complete all its works on the Fairmont Abu Dhabi Hotel project by June 2015.
The hotel and serviced apartment complex is owned by the National Investment Corporation, which awarded Arabtec the main construction contract in February.
This development, located near Marina Mall in Abu Dhabi, occupies an overall area of 155,000m2. The project will have an extensive water frontage and will be an integrated development of five-star hotel accommodation and serviced apartments.
