A new 45,000 sq ft production facility has been added as a £1m first phase at the Highbridge factory, doubling production capacity for the company’s steel-framed bathroom pods. Planning approval has now been granted for a £1m facility to increase storage space at Offsite Solutions’ UK headquarters and production centre to accommodate up to 3,500 completed bathroom pods waiting for delivery.

The final phase of the expansion will be the construction of a new £3m factory to bring all production onto a single site. It will increase output capacity to more than 12,500 bathroom pods a year.

Managing director James Stephens said: “Demand for our products has continued to grow year on year and we now have a really strong customer base in a wide spread of sectors. This three-phase expansion will allow us to increase manufacturing capacity for our expanding product portfolio. Moving onto a single site will further improve the efficiency of our production and fitting out operations to the benefit of our customers.
