The concrete structure, which was under construction, fell onto a bus, two unoccupied site lorries and a car.
Cowan, the construction company building the flyover, said in a statement that it deeply regrets the incident and is sparing no efforts to support the victims and families. Teams have been directed to the site for removal of the structure and a technical team is in place to investigate the causes. Additional shoring has been provided for the second overpass on the project.
