Fusion21 has put out the call to invite expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the refurbishment of residential multi-storey blocks and associated environmental works.
The expected workload to come from this high-rise framework is put rather loosely at somewhere between £3m and £300m.
