ELA Containers has supplied fully-fitted site offices to contractor GSE to support the construction of a new logistics centre next to East Midlands Airport.
GSE has 20 ELA Premium modules with an extra width of 3 metres, as well as four at the standard width of 2.5 metres. They provide floor space of 420 m2 over two storeys connected by outer stairs and a platform. The facility contains offices, common rooms, changing rooms, sanitary areas and a first-aid room.
ELA Container has more than 22,000 portable units across Europe and at the end of 2015 appointed a country manager for Great Britain, David Rushton.
GSE construction manager Pat Brennan was impressed by the quality of the ELA modules. "There is nothing comparable on the market," he said.
