Harbur, which builds for some of the UK’s largest social housing providers, has appointed Andrew Moore as commercial manager and promoted Carolyn Forshaw to finance director.
Andrew Moore, aged 34, is working towards Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors accreditation and joins the firm from Paragon Construction where he was a managing quantity surveyor.
Carolyn Forshaw, a 50-year-old chartered management accountant, joined Harbur as head of finance last year having previously worked for a number of major housebuilders including Taylor Wimpey and McCarthy Stone. She now joins the board at Harbur Construction.
