Cementos Argos is buying the business for a total of €435m (£368m), with Lafarge taking a €232m share of the deal as it owns 53.3% of the Honduaran subsidiary.
The sale covers an integrated cement plant with a capacity of 1 million tons and a grinding station of 0.3 million tons capacity.
The transaction is subject to relevant regulatory approvals.
