The facilities - Foxhill Medical Centre in Fox Hill Road and Bluebell Medical Centre in Wincobank Avenue – will both provide an integrated primary care service, comprising GP practices, community nursing and therapy services.
The buildings have been designed to achieve a BREEAM ‘excellent’ rating, with combined heat and power systems fuelled by recycled cooking oil.
Both projects have just begun on site. Bluebell Medical Centre will be handed over in November 2012. Foxhill Medical Centre will complete in January 2013.
