Mansell has been awarded a £1.4 million contract to construct a new nursery in Godalming, Surrey for Surrey County Council.
Works will involve demolition of the existing nursery and the traditional construction of a two-storey nursery on the same site.
This will be the last Sure Start contract to be awarded to Mansell through the Surrey County Council framework.
Work has recently started on site and is set to complete in March 2011.
