The new Groundforce depot in Scotland is in Dyce, Aberdeen, to provide coverage for the north of Scotland. Southern Scotland continues to be covered by the facility site in Coatbridge, Glasgow.

This is Vp Group’s second locations in Aberdeen, following the recent opening of the ESS Safeforce branch at the Airpac Bukom premises in Bucksburn.

The new Northern Ireland depot is in Lisburn. Groundforce has had a depot in the Republic Ireland for seven years since opening in Portlaoise, near Dublin.

Managing director Simon Littlewood said. “During the last 18 months we have found our customer base significantly increasing in both these regions, and we felt we needed to respond to this growth. Both of these new locations will offer our customers a complete one-stop-shop for the widest ranging and modern fleet of equipment available, for shoring excavations, trenchless pipe installation and testing pipes.”
