Ian Pattison takes over from Howard Bales, who retires at the end of June after 14 years with the company.
Mr Pattison joins from support services business Restore Plc, where he was finance and commercial director and has previously worked for Cape, Boeing Australia and Asda.
He is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants but also has a degree in quantity surveying.
