The new Montabert dealership will be based at the Leach Lewis Heavy operation at Whittlesey near Peterborough in Cambridgeshire. Counties covered are Norfolk, Suffolk, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Warwickshire.
Montabert UK & Ireland regional manager Andy Goddard said: “We are delighted to appoint Leach Lewis Heavy as a new dealer for these counties, providing us with a greatly increased presence in East Anglia and the East Midlands. Leach Lewis Heavy has excellent experience in the excavator market and offers the enthusiasm and expertise we need to greatly increase sales for the Montabert range in the area.”
Leach Lewis Heavy commercial sales manager Sean Donovan said: “As well as providing full aftersales care for the Montabert products currently operating in our area, we also believe that the Montabert range will open up new markets in demolition, construction and other applications in the region.”
The Montabert range of demolition attachments comprises rotating and fixed pulverizers, handling grapples, screening buckets and hydraulic steel shears.
