The High Street Quarter development opportunity is described as a major retail- and leisure-led mixed-use development on largely council-owned land. Most of the 2.3 ha site is currently a car park.
The re-developed High Street Quarter will be of the wider Hounslow Town Centre Regeneration Programme.
The masterplan has been drawn up by BDP, providing a vision for the town centre in 2021.
