Construction of the 8.8km section between Staré Město and Moravský Písek includes nine bridges and two multi-level crossings.
The contract is with the country’s National Highway Authority and the project will be financed by the European Regional Development Fund, OP Integrated Infrastructure 2014-2020 and the state budget.
Construction is expected to start next month and the completion is scheduled for autumn 2024.
