Skanska is leading the joint venture, booking 80% of the contract amount - a total of US$71m - in its fourth quarter bookings for Skanska USA Building.
The project will include a new tower with press facilities and suites and upgraded club seating and amenities. The overall image and identity of the stadium will be defined by a new exterior façade and expanded entry plazas.
RossTarrant Architects and HNTB will provide design services for the project.
Work will begin next month and is expected to be complete by August 2015.
