Construction work will begin in March next year at the Klara C property, which has 12 storeys and a gross area of 48,000m2. When work is complete at the end of 2016, the building will contain offices, conference premises, restaurants and shops.
The aim is that the renovation will be LEED-certified on the highest level, Platinum.
