Mark Snell joined Keller last year, after nearly 30 years with Cementation, as director of strategic alliances to lead its HS2 bidding.
He has now been given responsibility for all piling, king post wall and soil mixing operations.
“I am delighted to be taking over this challenging new role,” he said. “It’s a great opportunity to understand the business better, get involved in operations and take the piling side of the business forward.”
