Speedy offers round the clock service

13 Dec 10 Speedy has launched a 24-hour call out facility, called Speedy Response,

The new service will provide its clients with access to on-call engineers, nationwide breakdown cover, and a telephone assistance service.

Speedy has already offered round the clock service to several clients such as Welsh Water for large framework agreements and is now providing the same level of support to any of its customers wishing to sign-up to the scheme.

Calls to Speedy Response will go to a central contact centre that forwards details to one of Speedy’s 325 local depots and an engineer will be dispatched if required.

David Graham, managing director of UK Hire at Speedy said: “For many of our customers, work is non-stop and so through Speedy Response we can support them whenever they need it.”
