Rob Speirs now takes responsibility for leading the family-owned business’s construction operations across the south coast.
Since joining Stepnell’s Poole office as regional director in summer 2015, he is credited with helping to grow the business in Dorset, Hampshire, Surrey and West Sussex.
Completed projects include the refurbishment of Lighthouse, Poole’s arts centre, and the creation of a new spinal support centre at Livability Holton Lee in East Holton, Dorset.
Contracts under construction in the region include Parkstone Yacht Club’s new clubhouse, a retirement complex for Pegasus Life in Woking and an £11.6m care home for Brendoncare in Otterbourne Hill, Hampshire.
