Sutton Coldfield retirement towers approved

Developer Pegasus Life was given clearance by Birmingham City Council’s planning committee for its planned retirement complex on Brassington Avenue.

The five tower blocks, designed by Glenn Howells Architects, will be set around a central two-storey podium core. Collectively they will house 240 apartments. The tallest block  is 16 storeys.
