He joins in August to support Andrew McNaughton in bringing the world’s first tidal lagoon power plant into service by leading the construction and commissioning activities of the project’s contractors.
Mike Unsworth has more than 30 years of experience in the thermal and renewable power industries, working as both client and supplier. He joins from offshore wind firm Eneco Wind UK, where he has been managing the £3bn Navitus Bay project.
