The Cordish Companies awarded the contract for the project at the Maryland Live! casino in Hanover. The scope of work includes construction of a new, 17-storey, a 310-room hotel and event centre.
Tutor Perini’s top local executive, Peter Sukalo, said: “Tutor Perini Building Corp. has a long-standing working relationship with The Cordish Companies. We are pleased to be building again for this owner and proud to be a part of the team expanding one of the country’s largest and most successful casinos.”
Substantial completion is expected in late 2017.
