Contracts Manager - Facilities Management Location: Redcar Salary: £60,000 + Company Car or Car Allowance + Benefits

Our client, a leading Facilities Management provider, is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a long-standing PFI contract.

The contract covers multiple large commercial buildings with a contract value of approximately £4m. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of both Hard and Soft FM services across the contract, ensuring performance, service standards and client expectations are consistently met.

You will be responsible for driving contract performance, managing client relationships, leading the site team and helping to improve and stabilise the account.

Key Responsibilities Overall management of the PFI contract across sites Manage contract performance, KPIs and service delivery Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships Work closely with the Finance Manager on budgets, commercial performance Identify areas for improvement and drive operational standards Ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with contractual requirements Requirements Previous PFI experience is essential Strong Hard Services / technical FM background Previous experience managing large or complex FM contracts Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills Commercial awareness and experience working with budgets Confident managing teams and improving contract performance Package £60,000 salary Company car or car allowance Private healthcare Additional company benefits The interview process will consist of three stages, including a presentation.
